            經過浸軋、焙烘而粘附在合成纖維織物的表面,使織物具有一定的抗靜電效果。這種方法現在只用于民用服裝以克服衣服纏身、火花放電、污染吸灰等靜電現象。

            如磷酸脂、磺酸鹽等表面活性劑或引入第三單體以取得耐久性抗靜電纖維。由于添加劑的抗靜電劑大多數是遇堿會起反應或分解的表面活性劑,因此在織物整理或洗滌時忌用堿性洗滌劑,以防止影響抗靜電效果,這種纖維適宜作無塵服、無菌衣,也可用于民用服裝。

            這種防靜電織物由于不受所在環境的影響,現已普遍被接受和認可。這種防靜電織物的抗靜電性能與導電纖維的種類和導電成分(金屬、石墨、炭黑等)在纖維中的分部情況,分為導電成分均一型、導電成分覆蓋型、導電成分復合型和導電成分混合型四種。其中含有炭黑、石墨等導電成分的其它復合型導電纖維可以直接用于織造的長絲,經紗中每隔一定間距(如1.5 cm左右)嵌入一根導電長絲,即可獲得很好的抗靜電效果,是目前用來織造防靜電工作服面料好的導電纖維。
